I like to use local service shops, so I stopped in to see what they had to offer. I spoke with Angel, I let him know I had 2 vehicles that have been neglected due to Covid and low overall usage for the last year. I asked him for a quote for front and rear brakes plus oil changes. I inspected the front brakes myself during a tire rotation and confirmed they needed to be replaced, but assumed the rear (drum brakes, not familiar with them) were similar and also needed to be replaced. After a quick conversation, he gave me a very reasonable price for premium replacement parts, that were in line with the cost from the local auto parts store, but overall better quality. I would have moved forward with whatever Angel recommended, but in this case, he was honest and let me know that both my vehicles rear brake still have life and didn't need to be replaced yet. The vehicle was serviced (brakes and oil changes) very quickly (under 2 hours, parts were ordered and delivered prior to service appointment). Very happy with the cost, time, and professionalism from this service location and would highly recommend them to anyone. FYI: While they specialize in Euro imports, but they have the knowledge and training to service all makes and models. Summary: Great customer service, shop floor was clean, and work quality exceed my expectations. Overall rating for this service: 10/10.
